All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners in the United States and China. The fulfillment origin for each product is clearly indicated on the product page before you place your order.
Production Time Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Hong Kong only.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $500 USD or more, regardless of destination or fulfillment origin.
Split Shipments Orders containing products from both US and China fulfillment origins will arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
